最近找了好多资料，目前就是把常用的操作都记录下来，还没有一一去验证 ， 待验证完成后再来更新

For future internet travellers:

In my uEnv.txt file, there was a line that read:

"bootargs=console=ttyPS0,115200 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rw earlyprintk rootstype=ext4 rootwait"

I simply added "ip=192.168.5.15" to the end:

"bootargs=console=ttyPS0,115200 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rw earlyprintk rootstype=ext4 rootwait ip=192.168.5.15"

It guessed my netmask correctly.  Thanks for the help!
